Privacy Policy

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. Therefore we process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal regulations (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within our website.

Contact us

If you contact us by means of a form on the website or by e-mail, your data will be stored for six months to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this information without your consent.

Data storage

We point out that for the purpose of easier shopping and subsequent contract processing by the web shop operator in the context of cookies, the IP data of the connection owner are stored, as well as the name, address and credit card number of the buyer.

In addition, the following data is also stored with us for the purpose of contract execution: Previous order history, terms of payment and terms of delivery. The data provided by you are required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data we can not conclude the contract with you. A transfer of data to third parties does not take place, with the exception of the transmission of the credit card data to the processing bank / payment service provider for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company / shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.

After termination of the shopping process, the data stored with us will be deleted. In the case of a contract, all data from the contractual relationship are stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years). The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase are also stored until the end of product liability (10 years). The data processing takes place on the basis of the legal regulations of § 96 Abs. 3 TKG as well as of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit a (Consent) and / or lit b (necessary for fulfillment of the contract) of the DSGVO.

Your personal data is encrypted using 128bit SSL encryption over the Internet. We secure our website and other systems through technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification or dissemination of your data by unauthorized persons. Despite regular checks, complete protection against all dangers is not possible.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device using the browser. They do no harm.

The provider of this website uses services of etracker GmbH from Hamburg, Germany ( www.etracker.com ) for the analysis of usage data. It uses cookies that allow a statistical analysis of the use of this website by its visitors and the display of usage-related content or advertising. Cookies are small text files that are stored by the Internet browser on the user’s device. etracker cookies do not contain any information that makes it possible to identify a user.

The data generated by etracker are processed and stored on behalf of the provider of this website by etracker exclusively in Germany and are thus subject to the strict German and European data protection laws and standards. etracker has been independently audited, certified and awarded with the ePrivacyseal privacy seal.
Data processing takes place on the legal basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f (legitimate interest) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR). Share content via plugins (Facebook, Google + 1, Twitter & Co.)

The content on our pages can be shared in social networks like Facebook, Twitter or Google+. This site uses the eRecht24 Safe Sharing Tool . This tool does not establish direct contact between the networks and users until the user actively clicks on one of these buttons.

An automatic transfer of user data to the operators of these platforms is not done by this tool. If the user is logged in to one of the social networks, when using the Facebook social buttons & Co. an information window where the user can confirm the text before submitting.
